Description:
The EDD sought information about the knowledge and willingness of the unemployed in California to use CalJOBS, the agency’s online labor exchange system, and the staff assisted services of America’s Job Center of California (AJCC). They also wanted to gain deeper knowledge and insights about how the unemployed view receiving pertinent information through EDD’s social media channels, as well as through emails via the CalJOBS system. OneWorld scripted and produced an informational video to help attract unemployed Californians to utilize the services of CalJOBS and the AJCC.
